The Deal

Fixed price means fixed price. We define the scope upfront, agree on deliverables, and that's what you pay. If it takes me longer than expected, that's my problem, not yours.

If your requirements change mid-project (they often do), we talk about it like adults and adjust the scope and price together. No hiding extra hours in invoices.

What's Included

Code, documentation, and handoff sessions are part of every project. I don't deliver a zip file and disappear. You'll understand what was built and why.

The Process

We start with a conversation about what you need. I'll ask questions, push back on assumptions if they don't hold, and propose a scope that actually solves your problem.

Then I send you a proposal with specific deliverables, milestones, and a fixed price. You accept it (or we iterate), and I get to work.

You'll hear from me regularly, not just at milestones. If something unexpected comes up, I flag it early rather than hoping it goes away.

At the end, you get working code, documentation that's actually useful, and a session to walk through everything.
